Der Wein benötigt aufgrund seines stechenden, starken Mufftons (Brettanomyces?) eine besondere Behandlung. Ich habe ihn morgens geöffnet (im Keller) und nachmittags in eine normale Karaffe umgefüllt - gegen 20h lies sich der Wein dann gut trinken. 
In der Nase animalisch, viel Bleistift und etwas dunkelbeerige Frucht. Am Gaumen leicht, schöne Frucht, ebenfalls Bleistift und Zeder, begleitet von einer angenehmen Süße. Im Abgang sehr feinkörniges Tannin, Reste des Mufftons und leicht säuerlich. 83P
Mir macht der Wein wegen seiner überzeugenden Stilistik trotzdem Spaß!
